Member Service Representative I

Position: Regional Member Service Representative Location: 10750 Enduring Freedom Dr, Fort Drum, NY 13602 Job Id: 2705 # of Openings: 1 Starting Pay: $19.84 to $24.80 per hour, depending on experience. Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible. What You’ll Do Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture. Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions. Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services. Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships. Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships. Meet or exceed performance and service goals. Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed. Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system. Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail. Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements. Actively participate in community engagement initiatives. Cover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region and may assist another region if required. A reasonable commute from your primary Financial Center is expected. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
