Youth Care & Life Skills Coach

WARD HOME INC

Ward Home is seeking a Youth Care Worker to guide and mentor transition age youth (16–20) in a residential and community setting. You will teach life skills, help youth meet ISPs, and maintain professional boundaries while protecting client confidentiality. duties include transporting clients, supervising groups, completing incident reports, and representing the agency in meetings and court as required.
