We are looking for friendly, professional, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Brand Representatives . If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a face to face setting
- Answer questions and provide product/service information
- Handle basic issues or direct customers to the appropriate team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- No experience required — training provided
