This role isn't rainbows and sunshine. It's a sales role that requires tough conversations, genuine curiosity, and firm empathy.  You're speaking to clients who have been severely impacted by high credit card debt and high interest rates. They are drowning, and they need a lifeline. They need someone who's going to give it to them straight about what their options are, answer their questions, and help them move the process along.

• Hybrid Work Flexibility:  As you progress, you'll earn the ability to work from home with full remote flexibility. Please note: training schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm. M-Thurs are onsite in ATX office. Fridays are remote.
