-Clean, maintain and manage all fluids and general maintenance of all farm equipment on a schedule

-Tractor proficiency for using brush hog to mow pastures and paths around fields, horse manure removal and re-location

-Ability to remove and attach tractor implements such as a bucket or forks

-Grounds maintenance including mowing, weed wacking, mulching and weed spraying

-Problem solving skills and creativity needed to suggest efficiency or innovative ways of doing these tasks to contribute to our team and goals
