We are looking to hire an Orthodontic Assistant who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in Orthodontics. This position would support our office in Meridian, ID. HOURS Tuesday - Thursday 7 am - 5pm every other Friday 7am- 1pm ; SUMMER HOURS T-TH 7AM- 3pm Every other Friday 7am - 1pm Visit our website: to learn more WHO WE ARE: Welcome to Kelson Orthodontics! RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist orthodontists during orthodontic procedures, including placing and removing orthodontic brackets, archwires, and bands. Take accurate scans/impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances. Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide instructions for appliance care. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment charts, progress notes, and digital imaging.
