Credit Product Specialist

As a Credit Product Specialist within PNC's Regional Credit Products Group, you will be based in Denver, CO; Dallas; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; or Portland, OR. Job Description Serve as a market-level credit product expert, structuring and advising clients on various types of credit and credit-related transactions to meet client needs while staying within the bank's risk profile. Manage the entire execution of credit-related products, including ACH, FX, EF, and derivatives, and oversee diligence/approval processes and legal documentation. Directly manage a portfolio of borrowers with ongoing communication and portfolio management activities. Structure credit transactions within the bank’s credit risk appetite and lead internal whiteboarding and diligence sessions. Drive internal credit approval, loan documentation, and closing processes. Indirectly manage a team of employees across the credit process, mentoring and developing junior talent. Expectations for Employees Customer Focused – leverage customer knowledge to create customized solutions. Managing Risk – assess and manage all risks aligned with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Preferred Skills: Analytical Thinking, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer Lending, Credit Risk Management, Data Analytics, Decision Making, Financial Operations, Portfolio Risk, Risk Appetite. Competencies: Client Relationship Management, Credit Analysis and Verification, Decision Making, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Underwriting Knowledge, Negotiating, Portfolio Management. Work Experience: University/college degree required; 8+ years of industry-relevant experience preferred. Certifications may also be considered. Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Certifications: None required. Licenses: None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $80,000 – $178,250, varying by location, market data, skills, and experience.
