Agriculture and Foreign Labor Specialist

The Agriculture and Foreign Labor Specialist works with Arizona's Department of Economic Security to administer Foreign Labor Certification and temporary agricultural worker programs (H-2A and H-2B) under U.S. Department of Labor oversight. The role involves statewide outreach, housing inspections, field visits, employer meetings, prevailing wage surveys, and complaint handling to support migrant and seasonal farmworkers. The position requires travel throughout Arizona including rural and remote areas, and is based with the Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services in Phoenix.
