As we expand our outreach, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to strengthen our community partnerships and generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities.Position Summary:The Marketing & Sales Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources. This field-based role focuses on outreach to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and medical offices to drive new client referrals for caregiving and placement services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular outreach visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and physician officesBuild and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other referral partnersIdentify new referral opportunities and establish strategic community partnershipsPromote the full range of Always Best Care services, including in-home senior care and family supportRepresent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community programsCollaborate with the internal care team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clientsTrack outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and referral outcomesProvide market insights and assist leadership with business development strategiesGather feedback from clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and provide regular reports on sales and community outreach activitiesQualifications:2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business developmentExperience in home care or senior services preferredFamiliarity with the local healthcare landscape; existing contacts are a strong plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationshipsHighly self-motivated, organized, and results-drivenValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travelPreferred Background:Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, or social work teamsKnowledge of home care industry regulations and referral processesAbility to work independently and meet performance goalsOffice Location: Always Best Care – Round Rock555 Round Rock W Dr., Suite E211Round Rock, TX 78681Service Area: Round Rock • Georgetown • Hutto • Leander (Williamson County & North Travis County)How to Apply:Start your rewarding Sales and marketing career today.Apply through Indeed or call our Round Rock office at View phone number on click.appcast.io (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) to schedule an interview.Always Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
