Provide therapeutic interventions , including individual and group counseling. Monitor and report patient progress while ensuring safety through precautionary measures. Assist with referrals to public, private, and military agencies to ensure continuity of care. Offer compassionate support to individuals facing acute and post-traumatic stress reactions . Core Responsibilities - LPN/LVN: Deliver hands-on patient care , including administering medications and monitoring treatments. Recognize and respond to emergent patient care situations , ensuring swift and accurate interventions. Perform support duties for complex diagnostic tests and procedures , assisting RNs and MDs. Educate patients and families , promoting healthy outcomes and providing emotional support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , ensuring seamless and high-quality care. Requirements - Psych Tech: Certificate in Psychiatric Technician training or equivalent education and experience. 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician after graduation. Requirements - LPN/LVN: Certificate from an accredited nursing program. 1 year of practical or vocational nurse experience post-graduation. Current, full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license .
