Veterinary Receptionist

Client Service Representative We are seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative who will serve as the face of the hospital, greeting visitors with warmth and compassion to foster trust in our veterinary team and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Schedule, manage, and coordinate the flow of appointments. Deliver empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients. Process financial transactions and handle billing inquiries. Answer questions regarding services and provide mandatory information. Assist with general front‑desk duties and maintain a clean reception area. Qualifications & Experience Must have 2+ years of experience in a customer‑service, reception, or client‑facing role. Previous veterinary or healthcare front‑desk experience preferred. Proficiency in client communication, appointment scheduling, managing multiple phone lines, financial transactions, and general hospital cleaning. Friendly, outgoing, detail‑oriented, and highly organized with strong multitasking skills. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time position with a 4/10 schedule. Availability required Monday‑Friday with no weekend shifts. Hourly rate: $18–$20, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
