Responsibilities:

Patient intake into the treatment rooms

Assist in the preparation and examination of patients for podiatric procedures

Data entry / Record patient data accurately

Charting for insurance audits

Maintain and sterilize medical equipment and instruments

Restocking supplies

Communicate effectively

Support the podiatrist during various procedures and treatments

Manage patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations

Appointment reminders

Requirements:

No previous experience required, we will train

Being able to communicate effectively with patients

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively within our team

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care

Good interpersonal skills
