Location: Walsenburg, CO

Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with unlimited extension based on performance

Pay Rate: Up to $70.40/hr (w/ stipend)

Work Schedule: 40hrs/week

Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:00am - 4:30pm

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• BLS required
• CO PT License

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 60 mile radius rule applies.
• With outpatient and inpatient experience.
• If no inpatient experience, can offer training, but for sure outpatient experience
