Sobre el rol:
Buscamos un Sales Assistant Bilinge altamente organizado, proactivo y orientado al detalle para apoyar al equipo de liderazgo comercial. Sers responsable de contactar leads, agendar citas, gestionar campaas de seguimiento y mantener registros precisos en CRM. Tu misin ser garantizar que cada prospecto reciba atencin oportuna y que las oportunidades calificadas se conviertan en reuniones efectivas.
El objetivo principal es contribuir a la generacin de al menos una oportunidad cerrada adicional por semana mediante soporte eficiente en el proceso comercial.
Responsabilidades principales:
Contactar y dar seguimiento a leads inbound y outbound.
Calificar prospectos y agendar reuniones.
Coordinar agendas y transferencias en vivo cuando sea necesario.
Mantener CRM actualizado con notas y actividades.
Registrar informacin detallada en reuniones con prospectos y clientes.
Requisitos y habilidades:
12 aos de experiencia en entornos de ventas, soporte comercial o agendamiento de citas para clientes de EE,UU
Ingls avanzado (B2+/C1) comunicacin clara y profesional.
Manejo de CRM y herramientas como Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
