Senior Mental Health Counselor

Senior Mental Health Counselor – Masters Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 for eligible full‑time hires. We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Counselor to provide direct behavioral health services including individual, group, and family therapy in an acute behavioral health setting. This role also serves as a clinical resource and mentor for other clinicians while supporting quality initiatives and program development. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family counseling Develop and implement treatment plans Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Support clinical quality improvement initiatives Mentor and guide clinical staff Participate in community and patient education Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Alaska licensure in one of the following: LCSW LMSW LPC LMFT Licensed Psychologist Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Variable and day shifts Per diem opportunity also available Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package If you are passionate about behavioral health and looking to join a collaborative clinical team, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross Country Healthcare
