Summary Provides personalized, customer-focused service and an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales goals and represents the brand through product knowledge, styling, and teamwork. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs. Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and customer data capture. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks. Participate in training, share product feedback, and contribute to an inclusive, professional team environment. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
