No problem — we'll train you!Why You'll Love Being a Delivery Driver with NIR LogisticsCompetitive Pay: $21.50/hr + seasonal overtime opportunitiesFlexible Scheduling: Full-time (4 days/40 hrs) and part-time (2–3 days/20–30 hrs) availablePaid Time Off: PTO accrues from day one!Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTuition Reimbursement: Invest in your future while you workVehicle Provided: Drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle — no need to use your ownVoluntary Time Off (VTO): Unpaid time off available when you need itNo CDL Required: A standard driver's license is all you needWhat You'll Do: Delivery Driver ResponsibilitiesReport to the warehouse each morning for van loadout and route assignmentSafely operate a large Amazon-branded delivery vehicle on your assigned routeLoad and organize your delivery vehicle, lifting packages and totes up to 50 lbsUse a company-provided handheld device for navigation and delivery/customer informationFollow your navigated delivery route, completing 150–200 stops with 250–350 packages per dayWork independently on your delivery route while staying connected to your teamInteract professionally and positively with customers, property management, and the publicWork outdoors in all weather conditions and proactively problem-solve on the roadReturn to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete daily closeoutThis is a physically active role — drivers are on their feet approximately 70–80% of the workday and enter/exit the van up to 200 times per day.ScheduleFull-Time: Up to 4 days per week / 40 hours per weekPart-Time: 2–3 days per week / 20–30 hours per weekAll shifts are 10 scheduled hoursShifts available 7 days a weekQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid in-state driver's license (Non CDL is okay!)Delivery experience preferred but not required — we provide paid trainingReady to Drive?
