Night Registered Nurse - LTAC MS/Tele

This is a 13-week contract position with a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30. Floating is required based on unit needs, with weekend coverage every other weekend, subject to change based on unit demands.

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in LTAC MS/Tele. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and will be responsible for monitoring and administering medications, as well as managing patient assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage complex patient care including IV medication management and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC MS/Tele, MS, or PCU.
• Current SC RN license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• EPIC charting system experience required.
