What's the role about? Field Brand Ambassador Become the face of Mondelez in your territory Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Permanent Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71 per hour) up to 15% quarterly bonus On-target earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum Territory : Evesham, Great Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross On Wye, and surrounds Smollan are looking for a confident and proactive field-based professional to represent some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts. In this role, you'll combine excellent merchandising standards with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, working closely with store managers and colleagues to maximise product visibility, availability and promotional compliance. If you enjoy working independently, building rapport quickly and taking pride in delivering great in-store results, we'd love to hear from you.
