Front Desk Agent

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is hiring a dependable and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Warrenton, VA . If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we’d love to meet you. Pay: $13-$15 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available Shift: Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Location: On-site (not remote) Job Summary The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Check guests in and out using the property management system Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skillsAbility to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from work Benefits Paid time off Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for advancement Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 6–8 hours Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer Holiday Inn Express & Suites is an equal opportunity employer.
