Collision Estimator

Responsibilities Write estimates. Conduct process reviews. Check in customer vehicles. Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration. Provide post‑repair plan communication, including vehicle status updates, while complying with company safety rules, guidelines, and standards. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. 21years of age or older. Valid driver’s license; eligible for company insurance coverage. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities & Skills Perform consistent physical activity (reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50lbs). Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
