Junior Services Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring a Junior Services Representative to join a growing team onsite in the heart of downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to provide outstanding support to both internal teams and external customers. • Process participant paperwork related to death benefits and pension-related requests

• Deliver strong customer service, including phone-based support

• Enter data accurately while navigating internal systems

• Perform basic calculations and ensure all documentation is handled properly

Junior Services Representative Requirements:

• Excellent written communication and basic math skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Experience in administrative support or customer service

• Patient, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes

• Comfortable working 100% onsite in a process-heavy environment

• Compensation: $19.00 – 21.00 per hour
