Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation

Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation Job Type: Fulltime, Nights 15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment. As a Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate care to patients following assessment, implement nursing interventions, document care, review interdisciplinary care plans, perform QI assessments, and complete other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity. Responsible for completion and revision of the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
