Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist in Seattle for specimen collection and patient service duties. The role involves performing venipuncture and capillary collections, processing specimens, data entry, and customer interaction across patient service centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other analyses
• Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
• Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid Washington State-issued phlebotomy license
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1 or more years phlebotomy experience (preferred)
• 6 or more months prior Labcorp phlebotomy experience (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (preferred)

Compensation: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour
