The Greer Group has an exciting new temp-to-hire position open for e xperienced Press Operators to support a busy Molding Department in the Canton, NC area. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their manufacturing career with a stable company offering consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

Shift: Monday -Thursday, 7: 00 PM -7: 30 AM
Pay: $22/hour
Overtime: Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked
What You Will Do:

• Inspect, assemble, label, and pack parts according to work instructions.
• Record production and scrap information accurately.
• Maintain production standards and quality expectations.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Notify supervisors or leads of unresolved equipment or product issues.
• Follow all plant safety and environmental policies and procedures.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 months of manufacturing or related experience.
• Ability to access information on a computer.
• Experience using or ability to learn a labeling scan gun.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
