Role : We seek an inspired and talented pastry cook to aid in the production of baked goods and desserts while promoting high-quality craftsmanship and using only the freshest ingredients. Candidates with experience in professional kitchens as well as those who want to grow their passion for baking, will be considered. Duties : Possess knowledge of pastry techniques, scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing Create and produce specialty desserts Assist in the production of pastries and bread Follow recipe standards and baking guidelines Arrange food on serving dishes and is responsible for portion control and plate presentation Ensure the kitchen is clean and always sanitized Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
