Bilingual Records Clerk, Archives & Customer Service
Olgcstx
Olgcstx seeks a bilingual Records Clerk to serve as the primary contact for record requests via phone, in person, mail, and email. The role involves using an online ticketing system, processing payments, and providing research across in-house databases and public sources.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 3 years of clerical/records experience, and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting a fast-paced team.
