Kitchen Shift Leader

Chick-fil-A Easton Park is looking for a dependable, experienced leader to help guide our kitchen team during the afternoon and evening. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can set a strong example, develop others, and ensure that our guests receive safe, high-quality food with exceptional speed and care.

This position requires the ability to work four or five nights each week and close the restaurant. Our preferred availability is approximately 2:00 p.m. through the completion of closing responsibilities.

  • Empathy: We lead with care, seek to understand others, and treat every person with dignity and respect.

As part of Chick-fil-A, we also believe in serving others, showing genuine hospitality, practicing good stewardship, and making a positive impact on our team, our guests, and the Easton Park community.

  • Remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold themselves and others accountable to restaurant standards

  • Balance urgency with care for the people they lead
  • Model a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Protect the safety and well-being of the team
  • Be willing to perform every kitchen responsibility they ask others to perform

Qualifications
