Proven experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous management experience. Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software. Previous experience in Retail, hospitality, tourism, or recreation industry. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to ensure availability for customers. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
