Your fun-filled job awaits at Urban Air. Responsibilities Greet party guests with a smile and manage guest interactions. Set up the party room, assist parents/guests, and coordinate refreshments such as pizza. Precisely time party elements, including energizing activities, cake presentation, and room transitions. Receive cross‑training to work in various Park positions; roles can change to keep the job engaging. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a people‑oriented personality. Clear and effective communication in all situations. Ability to work two of the following weekend days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
