EquipmentShare is Hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility located in Marysville, WA. The role focuses on expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals while promoting our comprehensive jobsite solutions. Pay: $70,000 - $400,000 per year total compensation ($40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions). Primary Responsibilities Territory management of a geographical area, responsible for full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests; familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and client acquisition/account development: expand existing customer base by educating contractors and principals on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase earnings, and improve operations. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support received. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience. Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on‑site involvement. Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on‑site. Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation: base salary plus uncapped commission. Knowledge of Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry (rental or construction); B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
