Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures

Experience Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required Experience performing quality inspections and packaging tasks is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Job Duties

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications Package finished plastic cutlery products according to established standards Assist with mold setup and machine operation activities Monitor production processes and report any quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
