Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
• Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent

education/experience. * Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience.

• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
