Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in marine maintenance or repair. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems. Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
