Canastota Dairy Products LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Bulk Receiving/Process Operator to join our team in Canastota, NY. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our dairy operations, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality make a real difference every day. Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload bulk dairy product deliveries, verifying quantities and quality upon arrival
• Operate and monitor processing equipment in accordance with production schedules and safety standards
• Perform routine quality checks and document findings to ensure product integrity and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of incoming bulk materials, processing data, and inventory logs
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols throughout all operations
• Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures and routine sanitation of equipment and work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dairy, food processing, or a related manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with bulk receiving, processing equipment operation, or production line work
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and documentation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
