What We Offer:

$19-$21/hr (depending on experience)

Annual Pay: $40,000-$44,000

Commissions: Up to $3,500/year

Paid Vacation: 1 week per year

What You'll Do:

Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients

Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours

Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership

Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)

Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)

Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Passion for Fitness: If you’ve ever wanted a career in fitness but weren’t sure how to get started, this is the job for you!

Required Availability:

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts

Hours will not exceed 40 hours per week (no overtime)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
