AutoZone offers the perfect chance to build your career in an essential industry serving the motoring public.## Responsibilities* **Customer Assistance & Communication** – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.* **Leadership & Teamwork** – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.* **Sales & Metrics Mindedness** – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.* **Inventory Management & Store Operations** – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.* **Process Orientation & Safety Compliance** – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.* **Product Knowledge & Installation Services** – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
