Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Youll manage reservations, coordinate seating, and assist in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. This role is key to delivering an exceptional guest dining experience and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the welcoming face of our hotel's dining experiences, ensuring guests feel at home and have a memorable meal.
• Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments.
• You will report to the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
• A career as a host/hostess can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as server, banquet staff, or even food and beverage management positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
