Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro Duration: Full-time Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Active RN license Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS required Must-Have: Neuro experience required. Strong med/surg background with step-down experience. EPIC experience required. Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro. Candidates must have neuro experience. A strong background in med/surg nursing is necessary. Step-down experience is also needed as patients from this unit may be assigned. Candidates must possess current NIHSS and ACLS certifications. Experience with the EPIC electronic health record system is required. All candidates must provide a comprehensive work history with no gaps greater than 60 days, along with a skills checklist and references. Additional documentation like a certification card and license verification is also necessary. Weekends and variable scheduling are required in this role. The hiring manager will conduct interviews and extend offers to selected candidates.
