Intensive FFT Therapist - Youth & Family Engagement

Rising Ground, Inc. seeks an Intensive FFT Therapist for The ATLAS Project in Brooklyn, NY.
This full-time role delivers Functional Family Therapy to youth ages 13–18, engaging families and community partners to promote safety and change. You will work with Case Managers and Credible Messengers, meet youth where they are, and maintain an active caseload of about 5–8 participants, with scheduling flexibility and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
