Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician (Full-Time)
- Deliver exceptional healthcare services to female patients across all life stages.
- Provide prenatal, natal, and postnatal care, ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby.
- Perform diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, and manage patient care plans.
- Conduct deliveries while prioritizing safety and positive outcomes.
- Offer outpatient and in-hospital medical care, including surgical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
- Manage chronic conditions and provide long-term care strategies.
- Uphold the highest medical and ethical standards, adhering to clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director for patient management and treatment plans.
- Refer patients to specialists and recommend additional treatment as necessary.
- Participate in clinic policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to staff meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prescribe essential medications based on individual patient needs.
- Support community-based and patient-centered medical home initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations through audits and evaluations.
- Serve as a preceptor for medical students, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
- Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
- Provide guidance to nursing staff and assist in policy implementation.
- Rotate between health clinics as needed.
**Schedule & Shift Details:**
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Possible weekend shifts.
- On-call duty 5-6 days per month.
- No travel required.
