Pay Range: 

LPN - $32 - $34.40/hr., based on experience

RN - $40 - $42.40/hr., based on experience

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Full-Time opportunities available

What Youll Do:

• Deliver safe, resident-centered care
• Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standing with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
