Project Manager

Eurofins Environment Testing seeks a Project Manager in Barberton, OH to coordinate laboratory projects from setup through delivery. The role manages client relationships, oversees analytical workflows, handles invoicing and reporting, and ensures compliance with project requirements across all operational phases.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure projects in LIMS with documentation and client access management
• Coordinate sample receipt, review, and log-in processes with issue resolution
• Manage project timelines, reporting deliverables, and data package submissions to clients
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Engage subcontract laboratories and work-share facilities for project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Project management and client relationship experience
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and LIMS systems
• Familiarity with environmental testing regulations and certifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing
