Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated ERP Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in New Bedford, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our enterprise resource planning systems to enhance operational efficiency and support our business objectives. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain ERP systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data integrity and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to staff on ERP system usage and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
