The owners have created a family/team environment and are just as focused on their employee’s well-being as they are on the guests and members at the boutique. On site leadership and management supports this vision 100%. You'll be very pleased with the diverse and professional colleagues and coworkers. The salaries are very competitive, there are health insurance options, there's an assortment of added commissions and bonuses, the tips are steady and definitely reflect the good services you provide. The training is top notch. Even better, the locations are impeccably decorated, tranquil, and relaxing. It's a soothing workspace.\" “I have been a licensed massage therapist for 15 years. I've worked in an array of atmospheres. There is definitely a huge difference between working for someone versus working alongside someone. The Now offers a personal and loving environment. The owners are genuine, generous, and benevolent with staff. The sincerity from management is undeniable! Also, the appreciation and consideration that I receive from front desk associates is phenomenal! Last but not least, the camaraderie shared between the therapists has been unmatched. Those are only a few of the reasons I am loyal and proud to be a part of this company and all of their endeavors! Do not pass up this opportunity!” The Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
