Responsibilities Performingbookkeepingfunctionsonadaily,weekly,monthlybasis; Vendor maintenance - creatingand modifying existing vendors, managing W-9 and NDA forms process with new vendors, and ad hoc communications with vendors Recordingvendorinvoicesintheaccountspayablemodule of Intacct or within Bill.com and submit for review Completingvendor,creditandotherapplicationsonbehalfofclients ProcessingForm 1099s annually, where applicable,Recordingjournalentries for cash transfers, payroll, accruals, asset purchases and capital improvements, as well as specific accounting related to clients personal assets Reconciliations of bank statements, brokerage statements and credit card statements, including transaction feeds into our accounting systems Meticulousmaintenanceofclientfiles/recordsinsharednetworkfolders Respondingpromptlytoclientrequests Familiaritywithfinancialstatements Adhocanalysisandreporting Qualifications&Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting 2+years’accountingexperiencefocusingonA/P,JournalEntries,BankReconciliationsandDataEntry StrongproficiencyinExcel(includingpivottablesandv-lookups) PreferredexperiencewithSageIntacct,QuickBooksOnline,orsimilaraccounting systems. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
