Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' mental health journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and develop respectful therapeutic relationships. \n
- Delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans. \n
- Assessing crisis situations and developing appropriate risk management and safety interventions for clients in distress. \n
- Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, with the goal of fostering community and shared healing. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n

Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
