Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Locations Champlin Chaska Golden Valley South Minneapolis New Hope St. Louis Park About the Role Pinnacle Services is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral challenges in a residential setting. DSPs play an important role in helping persons served build independence, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals through encouragement, guidance, and daily support. We offer a variety of full-time and part-time shifts throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Duties and Responsibilities Job duties and responsibilities of the position vary to meet the needs of persons served but may include: Assisting with personal care and daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and hygiene Planning and preparing meals Facilitating community activities and transportation using company vehicles Providing behavioral support and positive reinforcement Administering medications as trained and assigned Encouraging independence, goal achievement, and life skills development Available Shifts Shifts are available seven days a week: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Overnight Shift (Awake or Asleep): 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Salary Compensation $16.00-19.00/hour *$13.00/hour asleep overnights* Traditional Benefits for Full-Time Employees Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance MN Paid Leave Voluntary Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off 7 Holidays 401K Eligible to contribute 6 months from start date. Required Qualifications Have a passion for helping others and is willing to assist persons served with their varying needs. Must be 18 years or older. Must successfully clear a background check. Current driver’s license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy. Unacceptable driving record will result in reduction of placement options. Preferred Qualifications Previous direct care experience. CPR/AED certified (will train if missing qualification).
