Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Based in Winchester, NH, you’ll run OTR solo CDL-A dry van lanes hauling freight nationwide. Daily duties include long-haul driving, route and time management, and upholding HMD’s safety-first standards.

What you'll do:

• Haul dry van loads across the U.S., ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Perform accurate logs and pre/post-trip inspections to meet DOT requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch and secure freight during transit.

Qualifications:

• CDL-A license and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.

HMD offers 65 CPM starting pay with ~2,500 weekly miles, safety and referral bonuses, modern trucks under three years (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
