The ADB HR Department supports over 1,200 team members nationwide ensuring multistate and federal compliance adherence, as well as a best-in-class employee experience at all times. This position will support a diverse group of team members within a construction environment that includes blue collar, professional services, and leadership teams ensuring a strong level of customer experience, integrity, and support is provided. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of employment law, be highly analytical and forward thinking, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to independently perform all entry and mid-level HR functions, providing support and training to the entry/mid-level HR team membersOffers high-level, strategic HR support to ADB's leadership team and managers, serving as the subject matter expert on HR functions throughout the employee life cycleHas advanced understanding of the HRIS and workflows to optimize functionality, find innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to internal standards and processes across the companyIndependently performs advanced-level system audits and data analysis to identify and report on turnover, retention forecasts, labor costs, etc.Provides employee relations and coaching support to ADB's leadership team including: terminations, discipline, performance management, etc. ensuring leaders are making both ethical and legal people decisions and internal escalation procedures are followedPartners with HR Leadership to manage and facilitate the performance management process companywide; auditing to ensure launch and completion of all evaluationsRegularly presents HR processes and best practice training to both team members and leadership including: employee relation best practices, HRIS training, process training, etc.Drives culture initiatives and engagement within the organizationHighly analytical and forward-thinking; serving as the strategic business partner to all Vice Presidents and operations for their divisionExpert knowledge of employment law at the federal, state, and local levels to ensure ADB practices and policies are compliantAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Performs other duties as assignedSUCCESS FACTORS:Ability to travel up to 30% nationwideA strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsAbility to present in front of various sized audiencesHighly-customer centric and master relationship builderHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This role operates out of ADB's corporate headquarters located in Pacific, MO or one of our offices in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Lockport, or remote depending on locationThis position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environmentThis position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:5-7+ years of Human Resources experience required3+ years of experience handling Employee Relations mattersBachelor's Degree strongly preferredHR Certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid Driver's License requiredThe starting pay for this position is $95,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
